COATING
For the coating, we use natural agents such as oils, maltodextrins or cocoa butter. This makes individual flavor compositions possible, e.g. strawberry with a slight hint of green pepper. And coating also has a technical advantage: it significantly reduces the amount of cleaning required in production, as there is significantly less product dust.

CUT
We bring your ingredients into shape: In addition to the standard formats, we are also happy to cut our natural raw ingredients according to individual customer requirements. Whether it's sliced strawberries for a snack, whole blueberries for muesli, or chives chopped to the millimeter - the cut makes all the difference.

GRINDING
We can also grind most ingredients into powder. Fruit powders in particular are in vogue: they are an ideal natural ingredient for instant drinks, smoothies or fruit shots, for example. Whatever trend food idea you would like to realize with powder - we will implement it together.

MIXTURE
Because you can never get enough of our quality: We like to create blends of different dried vegetables, spices or herbs. What mix ratio do you want? We make individual mixes, which then become a flavor-rich base, e.g. for finished products such as soups and dressings.
